Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya (TSM) came into being to inspire people to learn music to achieve mental peace, control emotions, develop a good personality, become multitalented, and achieve perfection in life. TSM continues to worship music as an art and educates people about its importance in building a modern society. Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya (TSM) is the brainchild of Sangeet Acharya Shri R. S. Verma (1890-1991). Sangeet Acharya received music as a legacy from his father Shri Hoti Lal Verma (1856-1948). Hoti Lal Verma was a great musician. He performed on different occasions at various places with his “Sangeet Mandli”.

This center was originally located in Tarun Enclave Pitampura, and moved to Rohini Sector 8 in 2017. Our institution is run by seasoned management professionals and classes are conducted by artists including musicians, singers, and dancers with vast experience in training people, especially kids in dance, vocals, and instruments including table, violin, guitar, sitar, and much more.
